Full job description Job Overview As a .Net Developer at Techedia, your day-to-day will be working on Greenfield projects within our Software Development Team. The ideal candidate will have strong C#, Blazor.Net tech skills and experience implementing high-quality user interfaces with a robust back-end. Working on features the candidate will be able to work independently and as part of the wider team to meet deadlines. We’re looking for a talented developer who can support our development team in delivering our services. Duties Supporting the maintenance and enhancements of our greenfield projects Working independently and collaboratively to ensure features are implemented to standards Work with key stakeholders to analyse requirements and propose solutions to problems Be involved in the full stack from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation and maintenance. Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of features and applications. Help maintain code quality and adhere to development standards. Ensure effective problem solving, liaising and communication with the team Self-management of work to ensure project delivery Attend scrums, contribute to weekly and monthly meetings and confidently demonstrate new features Ability to work to deadlines and have efficient time management Stay up-to-date with the latest .Net releases Experience Desirable Skills: Proven experience developing and maintaining web applications using C#, Blazor and the .NET ecosystem Strong experience working with Entity Framework and LINQ for data access, including designing efficient database models, writing optimised queries and implementing repository and service-layer patterns Experience designing, developing and maintaining PostgreSQL databases, with a solid understanding of database schema design, indexing, query optimisation and performance tuning Proven experience building and consuming ASP.NET Core Web APIs and RESTful services, including authentication, authorisation, API versioning, error handling and integration with third-party systems Strong understanding of Git and source control best practices, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, merge conflict resolution and collaborative development workflows Experience working within Agile development environments, particularly Kanban methodologies, demonstrating the ability to manage workload effectively, participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Experience using Azure DevOps for work item management, source control, release management and automated build and deployment processes Preferable Skills: Knowledge of containerisation technologies, particularly Docker, including creating, configuring and deploying containerised applications across development and production environments Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, build and deployment processes, helping to improve software quality and delivery efficiency Experience deploying and managing applications using Northflank or similar cloud-based application hosting and infrastructure platforms Exposure to AI-powered applications, autonomous AI agents or Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, with an understanding of how AI technologies can be incorporated into business solutions and development workflows Previous experience working within a startup or fast-paced scale-up environment, demonstrating adaptability, ownership, problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute across multiple areas of software development Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team committed to delivering innovative solutions that make a real impact!
